Our first leg was a four hour flight. from Caboolture north of Brisbane to a private Strip just north of Port Macquarie called PlayStation. Ross and Kim looked after us extremely well thank you, and found us accommodation in a rustic beautiful cottage by the river. The coastal scenery was superb, our flight tracking out over Morton Bay, then Tangalooma down Q1 on the Gold Coast, Byron Bay Lighthouse, the most eastern point of Australia past a host of beautiful little towns all nestled on the coastline.
